We are thrilled to welcome Dr Vanessa Vallely OBE, Founder & CEO of WeAreTechWomen, for a keynote exploring the findings of the Lovelace Report – groundbreaking research that revealed a £2–3.5 billion annual cost to the UK tech industry caused by not developing and retaining women. Vanessa will unpack what this means for women currently working in tech, share strategies to accelerate career progression, and offer practical advice on future-proofing careers in a rapidly evolving industry.
Following the keynote, we will host a panel discussion featuring diverse voices from across the tech industry to explore lived experiences, career challenges, and opportunities for growth. An open audience Q&A will follow, giving attendees the chance to share perspectives and ask questions.
