This thought-provoking session will explore the findings of the Lovelace Report and open up a fresh conversation on career progression, allyship, and inclusion across the tech sector.
We will begin with an overview of the Lovelace Report delivered by Karen Blake, Senior Executive – Strategy, Change & Engagement, highlighting the £2–3.5 billion annual cost of losing women from tech and the systemic barriers still faced across the industry.
A dynamic panel of leaders — both men and women — will then debate the findings, flipping the script to discuss not only women’s progression but also the challenges and stereotypes facing men, the role of allyship, and the shared responsibility of building inclusive workplaces where all talent can thrive.
The conversation will then open up into interactive table discussions, giving attendees the opportunity to share perspectives, reflect on their own organisational practices, and explore practical actions they can take to drive change.
This is an opportunity to engage with research, learn from diverse voices, and contribute to shaping a more inclusive and equitable tech industry.
