Chelsea Slater
Chelsea has dedicated her career to driving gender equality in the tech sector. Her own experiences of inequality in previous roles inspired her to co-found InnovateHer, a social enterprise on a mission to get girls ready for the tech industry and the industry ready for girls.
With her team, Chelsea is shaping InnovateHer into a global force for change, collaborating with renowned organisations to empower millions of young people with the skills, confidence and self-belief to build a more diverse, inclusive tech industry.
Alongside InnovateHer, Chelsea supports organisations as a consultant and non-exec director, advising on digital strategy, Inclusion, Social Enterprise, Digital Marketing, Brand and Business operations. She works with purpose-led businesses to drive meaningful change, ensuring inclusion and innovation sit at the heart of their work.
