Speaker – Tricia Nelson

As an experienced leader, Tricia is a Partner at EY Consulting UK & Ireland. Based in Glasgow, she has a proven track record of driving growth in the People Advisory Services business, expanding the team to over 1200 professionals. With a wealth of experience in delivering complex transformation programs across various sectors, Tricia is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. Serving on executive teams and as a mentor, she also held the role of Partner Sponsor for Corporate Social Responsibility. Her professional journey includes significant roles in financial services and industry before joining EY, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Recognised for her contributions to industry change and diversity, Tricia continues to be a driving force for innovation and transformation at EY.
