Often as Women in Tech we find ourselves making decisions about our careers based on expectations and values set by others. What is going to convince this person I am the most capable candidate? What approach should I take here to impress my manager? When this happens we move further away from our authentic values and what makes us who we are. This talk addresses how we can become clearer on what our values are, identify how to uphold them in our careers and ultimately ensure you are forever impressing yourself first and others later!
